“WE NEVER WANT TO LOSE HOW WE STARTED AND WHAT WE BELIEVE IN.”
Bruno macchiavello (co-founder)

Here at VIVA Chicken, we believe that we don’t just serve the hottest, freshest chicken — we also serve the communities that surround each of our restaurants. Giving back is at the heart of who we are, and through our #VIVACares program, we are proud to support organizations making a meaningful impact.
We’re kicking off 2026 with a new partnership with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF), a nonprofit dedicated to ending childhood cancer. ALSF was founded by Alexandra “Alex” Scott, who at just four years old started a lemonade stand while courageously battling cancer herself. What began as a simple act of hope has grown into a national movement, funding more than 1,500 innovative research projects focused on finding better treatments and cures for childhood cancer.
Through this partnership, 25¢ from every signature juice purchased at VIVA Chicken will be donated directly to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. Every sip helps fund lifesaving research, support families, and move us closer to a future without childhood cancer.
By choosing a VIVA juice, you’re doing more than enjoying a refreshing drink — you’re joining us in standing up for kids and making a difference, one cup at a time.
We believe in not only providing hundreds of jobs for our communities but also developing our employees inside and outside the four walls of our restaurants. Many team members are able to build long-term careers with Viva Chicken. Outside of work there are opportunities to get involved with employee engagement events and to donate to an employee assistance fund to support team members in times of crisis emergencies and emotional health challenges. Our Viva Family Team Members are the heart of our company and the backbone to our success.

We believe we are never limited in the areas we can serve. Collectively, our team has helped raise Hurricane relief funds for American Red Cross, pack backpacks full of school supplies for underprivileged youth with Classroom Central, provide support to essential workers, and many other local initiatives to support our communities and beyond.
